If you find a lower price, we will beat it!

If you find a competitor’s price from the same treatment, providing they use the same equipment and/or products and carried out by qualified staff we will beat it.

The lowest price guarantee applies:

• Within a 10-kilometre radius of our clinic
• To all laser hair removal and skin treatments and skin care products.
• Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s current advertised price.
• Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor. If no maximum number of treatment’s is listed, a limit of 3 treatments can be purchased per client.
• Clients must mention the Lowest Price Guarantee at the time of purchase.

Excludes:

• Does not apply to Cosmetic Injectables or prices of skincare products via an online shopping or retail/retails website.

Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinic Gift Cards

The following conditions apply to the use of gift cards issued by Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinic.  By purchasing or using our gift card means you agree and accept these conditions.

Our gift cards:

• Are redeemable only for merchandise or Treatments sold by us and only prior to the date of expiry.
• Gift cards will expire 3 years from date of purchase and will be void and no longer redeemable after that date.
• Must have the serial number printed on the gift card for the gift card to be valid. We may permit you to use a gift card without the original card if you have the serial number, however we may refuse to do so in our absolute discretion.
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry.

After a gift card has expired, it is no longer valid, and all transactions attempted using the gift card will be declined.  Upon expiry of a gift card all Aesthetic Laser and Skin clinic obligations to redeem unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinics.

You should treat a gift card like cash.  Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.

Purchases exceeding the available balance of a gift card will require the difference to be paid by other means.

Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases, therefore your gift card should be kept secure.  If your gift card is lost or stolen, you should immediately report this to the Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinic.  We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but we take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of the lost or stolen gift card.

We may replace a faulty, lost, or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion.  Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date.  Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered, or tampered with in any way.  We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice.  If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card.

Add On Treatments

Bookings must be made for each add on treatment, at the same time the treatment area is being added to.

Clients can only purchase the same amount of add on treatments as the number of treatments purchased in the pre-pay series.

Payment must be made in full and at the time of purchase of the treatment being added to and the terms of our refund policy apply.

This excludes cosmetic injection treatments or skincare products.  

Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package

Excludes scalp and eyebrows.

Clients may remove areas from their full body laser hair removal package, however no reduction in price will be available.

Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package cannot be split over separate appointments, nor used between two or more clients.

Cosmetic Injections

Cosmetic injections require a booking made in advance and complimentary consultation with a nurse or doctor prior to treatment at Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinics.

Clients must be deemed fit and suitable for cosmetic injections.

Package cannot be split over separate appointments and must be used in one appointment.

Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid.

Cosmetic injection package prices are based on specific products, up to a particular amount of ml or units. Our registered nurse or doctor will tailor a treatment plan and will advise if our packages are suitable for your desired goals.

The price per treated area will depend on the number of units required and the product used.

For legal reasons we can not state the brand names of our products, our experienced Registed Nurse can openly discuss market-leading brands suitable for you at our complimentary consultation. 

Before and After Marketing Material

Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinic collect before and after photographic images, video recordings and written testimonial material from our clients, for the purpose of educational and promotional purposes.

This information is regarded as sensitive data and we need your consent to process any material by law. If our clients are willing to participate in our campaigns you will be required to sign a legal consent form, confirming that the person named in the release form has agreed to the publication of the material by Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinic both now and in the future.

By signing the release form, you agree that Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinic has the right to use the material for promotional and informational purpose, we may disclose the material to third parties and media.  Use on our websites, publications, in clinic and generally, but not limited to posters, media, social media, video collage, newsletter, catalogues.

You the client, understand the material may be published over the internet and that Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinic has the right to crop, collage the content with other individuals.

By signing the release form, you agree to waive all moral rights that you may have in the material and to forever discharge and release Aesthetic Laser and Skin Clinic, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims, demands arising out of or associated with the use of the material, including but not limited to, all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or finical compensation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellation or change of appointments. If you fail to cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend an appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a 'Cancellation Fee' of 50% of the treatment cost.

If you have pre-paid treatments, and you do not show to that appointment we reserve the right to charge a 'No Show Fee' where you forfeit your deposit or prepaid treatment from your package.

We don not refund for change of mind.

We may refund where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We may provide a refund at our discretion if we believe the treatments purchased by you, is deemed unsuitable for the treatment you purchased.

Pre-paid treatments in advance will not be refunded unless required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Purchasing of treatments and pre-paid treatments cannot be transferred to other treatment areas or other individuals.

If you purchase 10 or less pre-paid treatments, they have a 12-month expiry date from the date of purchase. If you purchase 10 or more pre-paid treatments, they have an 18-month expiry date from the date of purchase.

Due to unforeseen circumstances suspending pre-paid treatment packages may be available at our discretion. For certain medical conditions, pre-paid treatment packages can be suspended for up to 12 months. The expiry time left on your pre-paid treatment packages will remain once you recommence your pre-paid treatment package.

It is the client’s responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you. Whilst we take great care and skill to provide the best service, some treatments and products may not be suitable for you.

It is imperative that our clients complete our consent form and provide relevant information that may affect your treatment. Results vary from each individual, it is essential that you have realistic expectations after treatment.
