About microblading brow tattooing
Microblading Eyebrows gives the effect of ultra-fine, delicate hair strokes that blend seamlessly and mimic your natural brow hair along the brow bone. After a consultation during which your face shape and colourings are analysed, we “pre-draw” your new brows using pencil. This ensures that the correct colours and styles are chosen for you and the finished result is exactly what you want. No set of brows are the same! Because client comfort is our utmost importance, numbing agents are applied prior and during the treatment process.
A consultation with our tattoo artists is required to assess eligibility for this service, discuss your desired shape, assess skin type, and ensure your comfort and confidence.

important notes
- Remember, your selected colour will be stronger and more sharply defined for up to 10 days after application, but as the healing process occurs the colour will soften, lighten and look more natural.
- The approximate healing period is 10-14 days, however, in some cases healing can be prolonged due to a compromised immune system, general stress or poor diet.
- Keep in mind that some unevenness of colour is to be expected. The purpose of the perfection visit allows us to fine tune your enhancement. This is included in the initial eyebrow cost (within 6-9 weeks of the initial treatment), however if you do not attend your scheduled re-touch appointment you will be charged for any further treatment. Cancellation notice is always 48 hours.
- A skin test patch is offered upon request. However, an allergic reaction to pigments/dyes can occur immediately after or manifest years later whether or not a skin test patch is performed. Allergic reactions are extremely rare.
- Procedures may take longer than expected to complete under some circumstances.

48 hours prior to treatment
- Tweezing, tinting, or waxing should be done at least 48hrs prior to your procedure
7 days prior to treatment
- Refrain from use of alcohol, aspirin- containing medications, ibuprofen, or other blood thinning medications for seven days before and two days after any procedure. No medications should ever be discontinued without consulting your Doctor.
4 weeks prior treatment
- No Injections in the area
Aftercare
- Do not pick, peel, or scratch your healing skin as you may cause uneven healing of pigment, or you may risk infection or scarring.
You may experience the following symptoms for 4 days:
- Minor swelling and redness.
- Mild tenderness.
- Itchiness in the eyebrow area.
- Dry flaking skin.
- These symptoms are a normal part of the healing process
3 - 4 days post treatment
- No exercise
7 days post treatment
- Avoid applying any makeup to areas treated by cosmetic tattoo
7 - 10 days post treatment
- Supplied aftercare cream is recommended for use on brows twice daily for healing and colour retention
- No direct sunlight
- No steam room
- No wind
- No tanning beds
- No hot water
- No saunas
- No steam rooms
- No salt water
- No pool water
30 days post treatment
- No retinol/vitamin A products on the forehead
For best results
- You are required to come back for one touch up adjustment visit before it can be determined that your enhancement is complete. Adjustment visits are scheduled at 6-9 week post treatment.
- Be prepared for the colour intensity of your enhancement to be significantly sharper, brighter, or darker than what is expected for the final outcome. It will take time for this transition depending on how quickly the outer layer of your skin exfoliates.

About lip blush tattooing

- The pigment is most dramatic 24 – 48 hours after the initial treatment, following which the outer layer of dry skin will begin to peel. Lip Blush Tattoo after-care is minimal. Refrain from touching the area with fingertips and apply a nourishing antiseptic cream twice daily.
- A perfection visit is recommended within 6 – 9 weeks as this ensures the artist is able to correct any fading inconsistencies and to ensure the lip line looks crisp. This is also an opportunity to make any minor colour changes. After both sessions, you should expect your lips to fade anywhere from 25–50% and peeling to occur for 3–7 days depending on your skin type. if you do not attend your scheduled re-touch appointment you will be charged for any further treatment. If you suffer from cold sores we recommend taking either lysine or a cold sore preventative as this will reduce the likelihood of cold sores appearing as a result of the lips healing.
